You can easily and conveniently reserve tickets directly from ‘Naver Train Search/Reservation’ on Naver Map.
Select the departure station and arrival station from ‘Train Search/Reservation’ on Naver Map, then click ‘Check Schedule’
Select the desired time slot, select the seat, and click ‘Pay’ to complete the reservation

How to reserve tickets on Naver
You can reserve tickets without registering as a member on both the Internet and smartphone.
However, since registering as a member has many advantages, we recommend that you register as a member and then reserve tickets.
Set the departure station, arrival station, date, time, number of people, etc., and select the train in that time slot.
You can choose the seat you want on the selected train and proceed with payment.
Recently, in addition to card payment, various simple payment methods are available, so you can proceed with payment more easily.

When you run the Naver app, search for ‘train ticket reservation’ in the search bar and scroll down to see the train ticket reservation screen. There, select the desired departure station, arrival station, departure time, number of people, and seat, and click the timetable search button to check the trains available on that date. Just like on a PC, sold-out time slots are inactive, so you can proceed with the reservation by clicking the activated reservation button.
Naver train ticket refund
You can get a refund at the ticket confirmation site on both mobile and PC, so you can proceed in the same way. Go to the ticket confirmation screen and click on the ticket you want to refund. Then, the ‘Ticket Refund’ button will appear. Click on it to proceed with the refund.
When refunding, different fees are applied depending on the cancellation time. Please check the table below for the cancellation fee and proceed with the cancellation.

Purchase and Cancellation of Train Tickets
Purchase of Train Tickets
Train tickets can be purchased from 7:00 AM one month before the departure date to 20 minutes before the departure date.
You can purchase tickets with the Korail Talk app up until just before the train departs.
Train ticket payment
Payment is possible with credit cards, KTX mileage, points, and cash account transfer (only available on the website).
Train ticket issuance
Train tickets can be issued as mobile tickets or home tickets only after payment is completed.
Train ticket return
Refund/cancellation/refund requests are possible up until the departure time listed on the train ticket. Home tickets must be requested on the website, and mobile tickets must be requested through the KORAIL Talk app.
If the departure time has passed, you must request a refund at the station counter.
If you purchased a train ticket through the KORAIL Talk app, you can request a refund within 10 minutes of the train departing and confirm that you are not inside the train.
If the arrival time listed on the train ticket has passed, you cannot request a refund.
When requesting a refund for a purchased train ticket, the penalty fee is applied differently depending on the time of the refund request.
If you are unable to board the train due to a natural disaster, you can receive a 50% refund of the fare by submitting a certificate proving the reason for not being able to board the train along with the ticket to the station within one year of the boarding date.
If you have paid for the train ticket but have not issued it, the train ticket will be automatically cancelled. However, a 15% fee will be charged in this case.
